1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on undergarments once they have been opened or tried.

Provide your order number and clear pictures of the product showing the issue.

Once approved, we will initiate the refund process.

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit (depending on your preference).

Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Opened or used undergarments (due to hygiene reasons).

Sale or clearance items.

Orders placed with incorrect size/color chosen by the customer.

5. Exchanges

If you receive the wrong size or item due to our error, we will happily exchange it for the correct product at no extra cost.
